Custom made Steam Sterilizers

Steam sterilisation is a widely used non-toxic sterilisation technology that works by exposing your products to pressurized steam at high temperatures in order to kill any germs. Mainly used in hospitals and labs, our autoclaves are destinated to pharmaceutical companies or medical devices manufacturers

Our steam sterilizers are fully built in stainless steel (DIN1.4404-316L), single or double sliding doors. Depending on the process, the chamber’s design may be rectangular with steam heating/cooling jacket for the sterilization of stainless steel parts, filters, liquids with pure steam or cylindrical with internal heat exchangers for the sterilization of prefilled syringes and bags by using air and steam mixed by internal blowers and baffle plates.
All the components and functions of the sterilizer are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) connected to a “human machine interface” HMI, or supervision computer. Our programs and supervision interfaces are fully documented and answer the 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP requirements.

Steam sterilization has many benefits as a sterilization method in healthcare facilities including low cost, safety, and efficiency. When this process using heat and moisture is applicable on the products to be sterilized, the productivity of a steam sterilizers is a real advantage over other forms of sterilization.
